Michael Mangrum and Kevin Petersen formed Cat 3 Restoration based on a need for a large mold restoration project in Houston TX. Although Michael and Kevin are both from the middle Tennessee area, they didn’t actually meet until hurricane Ike in 2008. Michael and Kevin have been in the construction business for many years prior to meeting, and they use that experience in your restoration project.

 

    Michael has been in restoration since 1999 and has worked through all of the major hurricanes and disasters since. Over the last 26 years, he has made several contacts and relationships across the country which are necessary for quick response to your claim.

 

    Kevin holds contractor licenses in multiple states across the country including the very vulnerable coastal states like Florida, Louisiana, Mississippi, Alabama, and the Carolinas. This is very important when it time to re-build what Mother Nature has destroyed. He has been in construction since 1990 in the middle Tennessee area where he is a licensed contractor also.
